Dr. Carter founded the Carter Eye Center in
January 1986 to meet the eye care needs of North Texas residents.
Dr. Carter specializes in cataract surgery and laser eye surgery including LASIK. He has performed tens of thousands
of cataract surgeries and LASIK procedures.
In 1996, Dr. Carter was invited to join a select group of internationally
known physicians as a core investigator in the American LASIK
Study sponsored by the International Society for Refractive Surgery.
Dr. Carter is also one of North Texas' most experienced cataract
surgeons, having treated tens of thousands of cataract patients
throughout the Dallas/Ft. Worth metro area.
